Our Beginner Drawing Classes are suitable for those who have never picked up a pencil, or for people who have tried some drawing but had no training or lessons.
As well as encouragement and guidance, we will provide you with all materials you will need. Just bring yourself and an open mind 🤓
This listing is for the third class of a 3 week course. You can book either the full course (listing on Delightful London Eventbrite page), or just the sessions that you want to attend. We always have a mix of people doing both, and welcome everyone!
What does the class cover?
This week takes us to the sculpture galleries at the Victoria and Albert Museum. After our warm up we will focus on learning to see areas of light and shade while translating 3D sculptures into 2D sketches. This class will then feature a longer independent drawing before we come together at the end to share our work.
🌍 Location - The V&A, enter through the main entrance on Cromwell Road, and meet on the benches in the Dome room with the large circular information desk.
🕰️Dates and Times - 6.30pm - 8.30pm, Friday 9th October.
Concessions and discounted tickets - Concessions are available if you are in receipt of any of the following: Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Armed Forces Compensation Scheme/AFIP or if you are a full-time carer. See details of how to claim in FAQ's.
