If you're unsure, email [email protected] before booking.Begin Well is a Christian charity offering free, evidence-based antenatal courses across the South West, designed to give you the best start to family life.
Over six weekly sessions, you'll learn about birth, caring for your baby, becoming parents, relationships, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and meet other parents-to-be.
When: Mondays, 7-9pm
Dates: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Oct, 2nd & 9th Nov
Each session covers a different topic, so we encourage you to attend them all. Book one ticket for the first session to reserve your place on the full course.
The course is free, and your booking includes your birth partner.
