About this Event
Join BEECS in Birmingham for a Two-Day national conference
The British Emergency Eye Care Society (BEECS) is delighted to announce its upcoming two-day national conference at Millenium Point, Birmingham.
BEECS was founded in 2013 with the aim of bringing together clinicians from all over the United Kingdom who share an interest in emergency eye care. This year’s conference will bring leading professionals in emergency ophthalmology, including surgeons, consultants, specialist doctors, fellows, resident doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, optometrists and orthoptists, amongst other healthcare professionals. Our mission is to foster best practice in emergency eye care and to advance excellence in patient care.
Through our meeting, we provide a platform for sharing knowledge, resources and clinical experience. The conference will feature a diverse, engaging and highly relevant programme of expert-led lectures, interactive discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.
Delegates can also explore a dedicated industry exhibition, showcasing the latest products, technologies, and innovations shaping the future of emergency ophthalmology.
BEECS is also dedicated to advancing education, promoting research and supporting the audit of clinical practice within emergency ophthalmology, with recognition and prizes awarded for best posters/oral presentations. To showcase your research, audit or interesting cases, submit your abstracts on www.beecs.co.uk/abstracts
