Beaujolais Nouveau Uncorked: A Tasting Celebration

For ages 21 & up

Join us in collaboration with our Wine Department to celebrate the release of the 2026 Beaujolais Nouveau! Because this wine cannot be sold before November 19, you'll be among the first to experience it. Released just six to eight weeks after harvest, Beaujolais Nouveau is known for its light body and fresh, fruity character. During this guided tasting, you'll learn more about this beloved French tradition and discover the nuances of a wine meant to be enjoyed young. Light bites will accompany the wine, making this festive tasting the perfect way to welcome the new vintage.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
