About this Event
This performance will be entirely in Italian, with no English translation available.
The Italian Cultural Institute of Washington invites you to Beatrice Unveiled: “I Wasn’t Dante’s Greatest Love”, a theatrical dialogue performed in Italian, by and with Ennio Cavalli and featuring celebrated Italian singer Gigliola Cinquetti as Beatrice. Through humor and insight, the performance offers a fresh look at Dante, his era, and the woman he loved—asking whether his greatest passion was, in fact, the Italian language.
Join us for an evening of Italian-language theater celebrating literature and the art of dialogue. Admission is free. We look forward to welcoming you!
This event is presented as part of Italian Language Week in the World.
