Calling all of our past and present; athletes, coaches, team moms, volunteers and supporters as we kick off our 2025 Homecoming weekend at Sports & Social DC for a night of reunions and gatherings the Falcon's way as we take a trip down memory lane.
For 25 years, Beacon House has been a proven force for transformative change in the lives of youth and families through its Athletics Program. Our teams have competed at the highest levels, our coaches have mentored thousands of young athletes, and our alumni have gone on to college and beyond with scholarships and life skills that extend far beyond the field.
We are proud to honor the remarkable work of Rodney Cephas, Athletics & Mentoring Programs Director, who built the Beacon House Falcons Athletics Program from the ground up into a thriving, championship-winning program rooted in positive youth development. His dedication and leadership has shaped the lives of thousands of young athletes, instilling values of perseverance, teamwork, and excellence. We are honoring the legacy of Rodney’s incredible impact.
