This year, amid escalating crises, we've witnessed extraordinary resilience: bold worker organizing, new leaders rising up against Trump and his billionaire cronies, and powerful acts of solidarity to protect our immigrant coworkers. Join us as we honor movement leaders driving the fight forward for workers’ rights, economic justice, and a democracy that works for everyone.

We are proud to share that our first honoree this year will be Former Acting U.S. Labor Secretary Julie Su, whose lifelong advocacy for stronger labor protections has changed the lives of countless families and individuals.
