Join the BCM Film Festival Team!
Be part of a passionate group dedicated to creating meaningful, community-driven filmmaking events. We meet once a month to plan, collaborate, and make the magic happen. Contact [email protected] and come to the 3rd Wednesday of every month at BCM headquarters to get involved.

This is your chance to step behind the scenes of BCM’s beloved film festivals. Each year we host signature events like the 48 Hour Filmmaker Challenge in July and Horror Film Fest-Evil in October—along with past favorites such as the BCM Screening Room, St. Valentine’s Day Film Festival, March Mania, and Sci-Fi Film Fest. Got an idea of your own? Maybe a mini-doc festival like “Doc of the Bay.”

The potential is huge—and with more hands, we can create even more festivals. By joining the team, you’ll gain insider knowledge of festival production from start to finish and learn what it takes to submit your work to film festivals around the world. It's also a great opportunity to screen your work in front of your peers to get live feedback.
