About this Event
On June 30th, Book Your Summer with the Barclay Book Club and your favorite Berkley authors. Join us either in-person or from the comfort of your home for an event filled with conversation, prizes, and more!
Featured authors include: Laura Hankin (A Special Place for Women), Maya Rodale (The Mad Girls of New York), Isabel Cañas (The Hacienda), and Alison Hammer and Bradeigh Godfrey (The Beach Trap). The event will kick off with a toast, followed by a moderated discussion between the featured authors and a Q&A portion with the audience.
All tickets include access to the virtual livestream including the panel and Q&A, a recipe for the evening's custom cocktail created by our official drink sponsor, Pomp & Whimsy, and a discount code to order product so you can mix your drink from wherever you're attending and toast with the authors! (Must be of legal drinking age to order from Pomp & Whimsy).
Virtual VIP ticket holders will receive all the above, have a portion of the cost of their admission donated to the Girls Write Now charitable organization, and they will be entered into a raffle to win:
-1 copy of each of the participating authors' most recent novel
-A special gift from the Intercontinental New York Barclay hotel
-A merch gift-set from our beverage sponsor, Pomp & Whimsy
In-person ticket holders will experience the event at the InterContinental New York Barclay and will have access to light bites and drinks, and be entered into the above mentioned raffle to receive prizes from Berkley, Barclay, and Pomp and Whimsy.
