We've found, in many cases, that Manual & Dialogue Therapists, Personal Trainers, Life Coaches, Group Coaches and the many more types of Health & Sports practitioners out there all receive absolutely phenomenal training, yet once they graduate and hit the real world, they have little to no business training, knowledge or experience to base their new businesses on, and fumble their way to varied successes over many years.

Likewise, we've seen time and again many, MANY Business Entrepreneurs, Owners and Representatives with extremely successful businesses, experience in the community and thriving careers that barely look after their physical and mental health. Trust us, we've seen everything from the poor swing on the golf course to the array of noises made when getting up from their desk, the physical manifestations of stress, all the way to both career and life lmiting conditions.

Our Goal with the new Barbells & Business Cards is to bring these two, often distant, worlds together to support and bring benefits to everyone involved. Not to mention the many opportunities that may well come along from it, be that corporate therapy contracts, team sponsorship or work, customers, clients, personal growth & development and much more!
