One deadly dinner. One mysterious M**der. Everyone gets a character. Dine at 6 PM or come for the game at 8 PM. Dress for Wonderland!About this Event
🐇 Welcome to Wonderland… Where Things Take a Deadly Turn
Step through the looking glass and into an Alice in Wonderland–themed M**der mystery where nothing is quite as it seems.
You’ll enter a world of curious characters, suspicious secrets, unexpected twists, and one very important question:
Who will be murdered… and who did it?
📚 Why Alice?
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is more than a beloved classic; it has a history of censorship and controversy.
The book has been challenged and banned over the years in the United States, where its references to drugs and psychedelic imagery have drawn objections. It has also appeared among books tracked in recent school book-ban data, including in Florida.
So what better story to bring to life for a night celebrating curiosity, imagination, and the freedom to read?
🎩 Choose Your Adventure

Just remember:
Everyone has a character.
Everyone has secrets.
And not everyone makes it to the end.
🌳 Support The People’s Reading Grove
Your ticket does more than get you into Wonderland.
Net proceeds from this event will help fund The People’s Reading Grove, Embargoed Editions’ outdoor bookstore and literary activation coming to Downtown West Palm Beach this fall.
The Grove will create a welcoming space for banned and diverse books, community, programming, and belonging, bringing literature and gathering space right into the heart of our city.
Come for the mystery. Stay for the madness. Help us build the Grove.
