The Universal Periodic Review is where nations place their commitments, conduct, and human rights records under the scrutiny of the international community. This year, Bangladesh Model UPR 2026 brings that process to the floor, inviting aspiring diplomats, policymakers, advocates, and emerging leaders to experience multilateral diplomacy in its most consequential form.
Across three days at the University of Dhaka, participants will assume the roles of states and engage with pressing questions of human rights, accountability, international cooperation, and national responsibility. Every intervention carries weight; every recommendation demands deliberation; and every position must withstand the scrutiny of the room. This is more than a simulation. It is an exercise in diplomacy, negotiation, advocacy, and accountability designed for those prepared to engage with the mechanisms through which nations are examined and encouraged to advance human rights.
Three days. One international mechanism. A floor where every nation must answer.
Registration is now open. Participants are requested to complete the form below with accuracy and due diligence. Upon submission, further information regarding confirmation, payment, committee allocation and conference proceedings shall be communicated to the registered email address.
