Bethany LaFlam is the founder of Catalyst Legal Partners, where she provides securities compliance, fractional General Counsel, M&A advisory, and real estate transaction support to small business owners and entrepreneurs. Bethany built and ran Premier Law Group, a securities compliance and private offerings firm, before founding Catalyst Legal Partners to expand her practice into fractional GC, M&A, and real estate work as well. She is also the founder of RÊVE, a community for operators built on her philosophy, Other People's Everything (OPE): using leverage wisely so growth doesn't cost you your life.
