We’re keeping the Sun in the spotlight! After a week of celebrating all things solar at the Barry Art Museum’s sun-themed festival, Helios, join us for a trip into the stranger side of the solar system!
This month’s Bad Movie Night features the 1969 sci-fi film Journey to the Far Side of the Sun (also known as Doppelgänger). What happens when scientists discover a mysterious planet on the opposite side of the Sun? Expect space-age science, vintage sci-fi drama, and plenty of cosmic weirdness.
The movie: Journey to the Far Side of the Sun (1969)
The occasion: Bad Movie Night
Date: Friday, November 13
Time: 6:30 Trivia, 7:00 Movie
Whether you're a sci-fi fanatic, a fan of wonderfully questionable movies, or just looking for a fun night out, come enjoy this vintage space adventure with us. Because sometimes, the best movies are the bad ones!
