About this Event
Back On Track is landing at a specialist reformer studio known for high-quality instruction and intentional movement.
This group Pilates session is designed to helo you get Back on Track whilst making new friends! Whether you are a complete beginner, returning after a break, or already in your Pilates era, you can expect a focused yet welcoming class that challenges your core, improves mobility and builds strength.
The session will be led by an expert reformer instructor, ensuring a safe and effective experience throughout the class. You’ll be working on reformer machines in a supportive group environment, giving you the motivation of a group class while still allowing you to move at your own pace.

Time: 2PM (prompt start)
Please note this is a scheduled reformer Pilates class. Late arrival may mean you are unable to join the session. If this occurs, it will not be grounds for a refund on your ticket.

Important Information
Arrival Time
The class will begin promptly at 2PM. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Due to the structure and safety requirements of reformer Pilates, late arrivals will not be permitted to join once the class has started. Unfortunately, tickets will not be refunded in the case of late arrival.
Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable.
