About this Event
Have a drink with your friends while your kids dance the day away, get their faces glittered and gemmed just like at a real rave with our DIY Festival face glitter station, express their inner style with temporary tattoos and share the love with their friends by making friendship bracelets for each other. The Kids edition of babyrave boasts a tonne of fun with tracks the kids and the adults will love, a photo booth to capture the day and even a boogie with the rave bears!
1. Booking
1.1. All bookings must be made in advance via the official booking platform.
1.2. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
1.3 Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the organiser in advance
2. Attendance and Supervision
2.1. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event.
2.2. No adults will be permitted to attend the event without being accompanied by a child.
2.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied children or those not under appropriate supervision.
2.4. Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children throughout the event.
3. Event Activities
3.1. The organiser will provide an itinerary of activities, which may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.2. Participation in activities is voluntary. The organiser will not be held liable if children or their guardians choose not to participate.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
4.2. The organiser reserves the right to restrict participation in certain activities if health and safety standards cannot be maintained.
4.3 The organiser is committed to the safety of the attendees, sound levels, light effects will be kept at a safe level at all times inside the venue
5. Photography and Media
5.1. By attending the event, parents / guardians consent to their child being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless an opt-out request is submitted in writing prior to the event.
5.2. Personal photography is allowed but must not disrupt the event or affect other attendees
6. Liability
6.1. The organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
6.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for personal belongings as the organiser will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.
7. Behaviour and Conduct
7.1. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour by any attendee may result in removal from the event without a refund.
7.2. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone not complying with these terms and conditions.
8. Changes and Cancellations
8.1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to attend on an alternative date.
8.2. Any changes to the event will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact information provided during booking.
9. Agreement
9.1. By attending the event, parents/guardians confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and the children in their care.
