Baby & Me Yoga is coming to Highland Rec on every 2nd Saturday of the month!Led by Claire, an 11-year Montessori teacher and certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor, this class is designed for both caregiver and child. Caretakers will rejuvenate through breathwork, stretching, and strengthening, while babies enjoy parent-assisted movements that promote motor skills, core strength, and sensory exploration. Join us to move, bond, and build community with fellow families. Designed for children 0-18 months.
What to bring: familiar blanket/towel, teething gear, quiet toys
Yoga mats provided but participants are welcome to bring their own.
Cost: $10/$20 per couple | $5/$10 per additional caretaker or child.
