Our community is thrilled to host Cognova’s Seated Rhythm™ and Tap Time™ classes!When: The 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 1 p.m. (EDT)
Where: The auditorium at Cypress Palms, located on The Palms of Largo campus
Admission Cost: Free
These are multimodal brain-body engagement programs that blend dance, movement, cognition, rhythm, music, and social connection. They are designed to support cognitive vitality, mobility, and quality of life for aging adults at every ability level. These classes are an excellent activity for people with dementia and/or Parkinson’s diagnoses.
