🧘♀️ Baby & Me Yoga in the Park – FREE (Donations Appreciated)Join certified yoga instructor Jennifer Hanson-Smith for Baby & Me Yoga, a gentle, nurturing class designed to strengthen the emotional and physical bond between you and your baby. This class includes infant touch, guided movement, and simple exercises that support your baby’s motor skill development—while helping you stay active and relaxed during the early months of parenthood.
Classes also feature interactive songs and playful activities near the end. No yoga experience needed — all levels are welcome!
🍼 Who: Caregivers with babies ages 6 weeks to crawling
📍 Where: NEW LOCATION – Bleser Park, 32800 Electric Blvd, Avon Lake (near toddler playground)
