Babble Bar is an in-person gathering where locals and newcomers come together to practice the languages they’re learning, brush up on languages they already speak, and make friends from around the world.
Instead of, or in addition to, studying grammar from a textbook, come enjoy real conversations with people who are fluent in or learning the same language as you. All languages and levels are welcome, from complete beginners to native speakers!
Coming alone? Most people do. We’ll help you find others who speak or are learning your languages, and you’re free to move between conversations throughout the evening.
Want to practice more often? Join the Victoria Language Exchange WhatsApp Community to find language practice partners, continue conversations between events, or arrange your own casual social gatherings with fellow members: https://chat.whatsapp.com/FzjriYmnZp65TWbttZ8ujf?mode=gi_t
