At La Familia, we strive to make every event feel like a reunion. To help capture and share these moments, photography and filming will take place during the event. By purchasing a ticket for and/or attending our event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
**Consent to Recording**
The event may be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. By entering the premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and further consent to the use of such photography, film, and recordings (collectively, “Media”) by La Familia and its affiliates, representatives, licensees, and designees.
**Grant of Rights**
You grant La Familia the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, broadcast, stream, and otherwise exploit the Media, including your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance, in any format or medium now known or later developed, for promotional, advertising, marketing, archival, educational, and/or informational purposes, without further approval or compensation.
**No Expectation of Privacy or Compensation**
You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, royalties, or other payments related to the use of the Media. You further waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or inspection or approval of the Media or how it is used.
**Release of Liability**
You release, discharge, and hold harmless La Familia, its officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, successors, assigns, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of the right of publicity.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Consent & Release.
