About this Event
Have you entered a room and immediately felt different, spent time with someone and noticed your mood shift, or recognized that certain habits leave you feeling more present while others leave you depleted? “Energy” can offer one way to explore these everyday experiences without assuming everyone understands or experiences them identically.
In this beginner-friendly, two-hour live in-person workshop, you will examine how attention, emotions, environments, relationships, and personal choices may influence your embodied experience. You do not need to hold any particular belief about energy or have previous experience with EASE. You will be invited to observe what is true for you and develop practical ways to respond with greater awareness and intention.
What We’ll Explore
• Notice how environments, interactions, emotions, and habits affect your experience.
• Explore personal and cultural ideas about energy and frequency.
• Practice distinguishing observation from interpretation.
• Reflect on what helps you feel grounded, present, and connected.
• Develop a simple daily awareness practice that supports intentional choices.
What You Take With You
You leave with language for understanding your responses, a clearer sense of what supports or drains your attention, and practical ways to pause, notice, and choose how you want to show up.
Format and Participation
This is an interactive workshop held in-person. Participation supports connection, communication, and responsive facilitation during experiential exercises. You remain free to pause, modify, observe, or decline any individual practice.
Contact the organizer before registering if you need a participation or accessibility accommodation.
How This Fits Within EASE
This is one of four EASE Foundations experiences. Each workshop is a complete, standalone class offering practical ways to strengthen body awareness, presence, and connection with yourself. The workshops may be taken in any order. Together, they provide a broader foundation for embodied personal growth and for those who may later choose to explore deeper EASE training.
Important Considerations
This is an educational, experiential wellness workshop—not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
Energy and frequency are offered as frameworks for personal exploration. Illness, hardship, trauma, grief, or low mood do not mean someone has failed, attracted their circumstances, or possesses “low vibration.” The purpose is awareness and compassionate choice—not judgment, blame, or forced positivity.
