As the pace of fall begins to build, step away for an evening of deep rest, gentle Reiki, and immersive sound.
Settle into one of our comfortable zero-gravity beds with blankets and pillows provided. We’ll begin with tea and a quiet moment to arrive, followed by grounding breath and a 90-minute Reiki-infused sound bath featuring crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
There is nothing you need to do and nowhere else you need to be. Simply come as you are and allow yourself time to rest, reset, and settle into the season ahead.
