Join us for The Bookish Buzz, an informal gathering of book lovers for conversation centered on an author, book, or theme. Hosted by Chapter2 Books at Black Rooster Bistro; we bring together authors or community partners for fun conversations inspired by books while enjoying the ambience and excellent hand-crafted cocktails and curated spirits of Black Rooster Bistro.
In October, we welcome author Ann Schreiber accomplished freelance copywriter, blogger, and owner of Copywriting For You. She has been in the marketing and sales business for over 25 years and is passionate about business-focused writing.
She released her first book, a memoir and self-reflection manual, Perseverance. Reinvention, in December 2024. Her second book, The Top 10 Mistakes I Made My First Year as a Copywriter, was released in March 2025 and shares lessons from her first year as a copywriter and content writer. Ann’s third book, and first novel, Emily’s Next Chapter, was released on May 20, 2025, launching the Starting Over Trilogy. The second book in the trilogy, Jessica’s New Beginning, was released in March 2026, followed by Liz’s Forever After in June 2026.
