Blackhawk’s annual Autumn Harvest Dinner is right around the corner. You can expect the same intimate, epicurean experience you’ve come to know from this time-honored event, but this year, we have a twist. Our Culinary students will showcase their expertise at Blackhawk's Beloit-Janesville Campus.Step into the Conference Center and see it as you’ve never seen before. Cocktail hour will begin at 5 p.m. and dinner service will start at 6:30 p.m.
Enjoy passed canapés, curated hors d’oeuvres, and courses filled with seasonal breads, soup, dessert, and an entrée of beef tenderloin and lobster. Treat yourself to an exclusive night of unforgettable fare; tickets are limited.
Tickets are $100 and proceeds will benefit the Fund for the Future of Culinary and Hospitality.
