Surrounded by soft candlelight, allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to invite you into a space of rest, stillness and renewal. Charlene will guide you through a peaceful sound experience designed to help you slow down, unwind and simply be.
Come cozy, get comfortable and give yourself an hour to pause and recharge.
Please Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or eye pillow.
