Join Julie and me for a gentle and nourishing morning as we welcome the arrival of autumn.As the seasons begin to change, the Autumn Equinox offers a gentle reminder to slow down, find balance and reconnect with yourself.
Give yourself permission to pause and spend a peaceful Sunday morning immersed in practices designed to help you move, breathe, rest and restore.
Together we will share a beautifully held morning including:
• Heart-opening cacao ceremony
• Gentle movement to awaken the body
• Conscious connected breathwork
• Grounding drumming
• A deeply restorative sound bath
There will also be space for quiet reflection, gentle connection and moments to simply pause and be.
Whether you are completely new to these practices or have joined us before, you will be warmly welcomed into a relaxed and supportive space.
What to expect
A calm, welcoming environment where you can slow down, unwind and take time for yourself, embracing the quieter rhythm that autumn naturally brings.
