Autumn Equinox Mindful Morning
Join us for an in-person gathering to welcome the cozy vibes of autumn!
As summer gently gives way to autumn, Claire and I invite you to pause with us for a while.
We've created this mindful morning as a gentle and accessible way to welcome the changing season—a little space in your weekend to breathe, move, create and simply be.
Together we'll explore mindful movement, enjoy nourishing Ayurvedic refreshments and spend time with a simple seasonal craft. No experience in yoga or crafting is needed—just come exactly as you are.
We've intentionally kept this morning shorter than some of our previous seasonal events, making it an easy opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life without needing to commit a whole day.
There is no expectation and no pressure to achieve or perform.
Perhaps you've been longing for a little more space.
Perhaps you'd like to move your body with ease.
Perhaps you're craving connection, or simply a quiet Sunday morning to yourself.
