Read and Simonstone Players are seeking local performers of all ages, and helpers for costumes, props and make-up, for their next pantomime, Puss in Boots.Rehearsals will take place on Monday evenings from 28 September 2026 at 6.30 pm, and on Sunday afternoons from 10 January 2027 at 1.45 pm, at Read & Simonstone Village Hall, East View, Read, Burnley BB12 7PS.
Performances are planned for 18–20 February 2027.
Anyone interested is welcome to contact Andy Gibbons on 07505 989280 or simply come along to the first rehearsal on 28 September (arriving ten minutes early if possible). No previous experience is required.
