Join Katie Smith and Mateo Sandate for a special event to welcome the Fall Equinox.We invite you to gather in community to reflect on and connect with the inner and outer balance this season symbolizes. Come relax, unwind, and restore with a healing sound journey designed to soothe the nervous system and support the body’s natural capacity for balance and self-healing.
Mateo will welcome the community with beautiful, calming guitar music. After opening the circle, Katie will guide an immersive hour-long sound journey featuring bronze and crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, rattles, and a variety of chimes. We will then have time for quiet reflection, integration, and optional sharing before closing the circle.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, pillow, eye mask, and water bottle. A journal is optional for recording reflections or insights from your experience.
