As the season changes, explore three different ways into the breath. No prior experience needed.
A series of immersive 90 minute sessions moving between functional breathwork, somatic practice, conscious connected breathing and collective experience - each designed to shift your state, deepen awareness and change the way you experience breath.
October - Arrive - Awaken the senses.
Functional breathing, movement and somatic awareness - grounding the body and creating space to breathe with greater ease and intention.
November - Connect - Find your rhythm within the collective
Breath, presence and shared experience - exploring how the way we breathe can influence how we feel, move and connect.
December - Release - Exhale, Open, Reconnect
An introduction to conscious connected breathwork, woven with somatic practice and stillness - a deeper, more expansive way to close the year.
