About this Event

As AI starts shaping how decisions are made, the leaders people trust will be the ones who stay accountable, transparent and true to their values. Authentic Leadership in the Age of AI is a one-day, hands-on course in San Francisco, open to leaders and managers with no technical background needed. By the end of the day, you will know how to use human judgement when assessing AI-generated recommendations, weigh ethics, bias and fairness in AI-supported decisions, and explain AI-related changes clearly so your team keeps its confidence in you. Through a case study, role play, a simulation and group discussion, you will practise leading through change and leave with practical safeguards for responsible AI use in your own role. The course also earns you 8 PDUs and a Course Completion Certificate, with lunch and refreshments included.
