Aurora Stationery Fest

Aurora Stationery Fest is a one-day celebration of stationery, journaling, paper goods, and creative community hosted by Stationery Club Co.

Explore a curated lineup of 45+ local artists, vendors, and stores offering stationery, prints, stickers, greeting cards, ephemera, journaling supplies, planner goods, and more!

Hosted at the historic Two Brothers Roundhouse, ASF attendees will be able to enjoy the on-site restaurant, cafe, and brewery in the converted venue which used to be a train roundhouse. This history also contributed to the train themes and colors of the fest.

Aurora Stationery Fest is open from 10 AM–6 PM, with last entry and re-entry at 5 PM. To help manage capacity, attendees will reserve one of three admission types. Your ticket window shows when you may first enter the fest. Once you are admitted, you are welcome to stay until the fest closes at 6 PM.

General Admission is free, while VIP tickets are paid and include early admission to the fest and a swag bag. A very limited number of VIP tickets are available as ASF aims to make stationery events more accessible. The cost of VIP tickets goes directly to supporting the fest, and we truly appreciate anyone who is able to purchase one.

All attendees, regardless of admission type, will have the opportunity to attend free journaling meetups and paid workshops, enter stationery giveaways, and try to complete the stamp rally for extra prizes.

Walk-ins may experience a wait depending on event capacity. RSVPs are strongly encouraged.

VIP Admission gives you the earliest access to Aurora Stationery Fest. VIP ticket holders may enter the fest for the first time beginning at 10 AM, one hour before General Admission begins. Once admitted, you are welcome to stay until the fest closes at 6 PM.

If you leave and come back, re-entry is permitted until 5 PM with your event wristband, stamp, or check-in confirmation.

VIP tickets also include a swag bag with stationery freebies from participating vendors and fest partners.

A very limited number of VIP tickets are available as part of our effort to keep Aurora Stationery Fest accessible for the community. General Admission is free, and VIP ticket purchases help directly support the fest, local artists, and the continued growth of accessible stationery events. We truly appreciate everyone who is able to support ASF through a VIP ticket.

VIP Admission includes:

• Entry from 10 AM–5 PM (fest will end at 6 PM)
• Early admission one hour before general admission
• Swag bag with stationery freebies (not a tote bag - we promise!)
• Access to shop 45+ local artists, vendors, and stationery stores
• Opportunity to enter stationery giveaways
• Opportunity to try to complete the Stamp Rally for extra prizes
• Option to reserve a seat at a free journaling meetup, while spots are available
• Option to purchase tickets for paid workshops, details coming soon

Meetup Note: Free journaling meetups are available by separate RSVP only — you will have the option to add a free meetup when you purchase this ticket. Seats are limited, and you must reserve a spot in a hosted meetup to attend. The meetup loft is only accessible via stairs. An outdoor journaling and meetup area will be available on the first floor throughout the fest, weather permitting.
To attend the 3PM - 5PM Postcrossing Meetup, you must be a Postcrossing member.

Tickets to Aurora Stationery Fest are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Join us for Aurora Stationery Fest during our first General Admission entry window.

General Admission Slot 1 allows you to enter the fest anytime between 11 AM and 2 PM. Once you enter, you are welcome to enjoy the fest throughout the rest of the day.

This ticket is perfect if you want a morning or midday visit with plenty of time to shop, explore, meet local artists, and take part in fest activities.

Admission is free, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged to help artists plan and to help us manage event capacity. Walk-ins may experience a wait depending on crowd levels.

General Admission Slot 1 includes:

• Free entry from 11 AM–2 PM
• Access to shop 45+ local artists, vendors, and stationery stores
• Opportunity to enter stationery giveaways
• Opportunity to try to complete the Stamp Rally for extra prizes
• Option to reserve a seat at a free journaling meetup, while spots are available
• Option to purchase tickets for paid workshops, details coming soon

Guests with this ticket may line up as early as 10 AM.

Aurora Stationery Fest is hosted by Stationery Club Co., a Chicagoland small business that organizes stationery and journaling workshops and markets, in addition to creating our own journals and stationery goods. We previously hosted the Miskatonic Stationery Market in 2025 and the Alter Brewing Stationery Market in January 2026.

ASF was made possible by a very small group of individuals from Stationery Club Co., local artists, and stationery lovers. From sourcing the venue, designing the website, organizing vendors, and more, we outsourced as little as possible to keep the fest free to attend and as low-cost as possible for vendors. We are proud of our Emerging Artist Sponsorship, which provides a limited number of free vendor spots at each event for new artists or vendors.
