You are invited to an unforgettable journey in Iceland, where you get to fully tune in with yourself, your inner compass & the deep presence of nature .
Awakening Auroras is a Holistic Retreat where we combine all the embodiment practises together to awaken our inner magic and to come fully alive.
Practising to become more open for the gifts of life, that are already here.
With daily Yoga, Breath work, Sound healing, movement, dance, Hot & Cold therapy, Primal movement, Plant based high vibrational nutrition, Nature immersions & Sacred Ceremonies, we will open up for the magic of this powerful portal through the Autumn Equinox & the Aurora Borealis.
This beautiful experience will take place in an incredible Retreat Center in Iceland with an out door hot tub and a Sauna which is only a few steps away from a cold waterfall & river, overlooking Kirkjufell.
Here is what a day on the Retreat will look like:
MORNING RISE YOGA / MORNING PRACTISE / EMBODIMENT ACTIVATION

on Sunday 21st Sept we will have a full ceremony day with the plant medicine Wachuma

Every day will be different and infused with a theme as we will work with the elementals within. Earth, Air, Water, Fire & Either.
Each adventure & nature activity will be in tune with the land.
We might kayak in the ocean over the northern lights, visit glacier caves, lay in a hot spring or where ever the land takes us. We are open for all possibilities to take us into the mysteries & magic of this land, because it always does.
WHEN DOES THE RETREAT START & END?
The Retreat starts on Friday 19th September and will end on Tuesday 23rd of September.
FOOD & ACCOMMODATIONS?
What is included is a private 2x shared rooms in a Retreat Center in Iceland.
Every meal will be organic & plant based.
We focus a lot on nutrition on our Retreats as that is a big factor in our health & wellbeing.
