Celebrate the official 25th Anniversary of The Auntie Karen Foundation with music, costumes, dancing, trick-or-treating, food, and family fun.
WHAT TO WEAR
Dress as your favorite musical artist, musical group, character from a musical or movie, or Thriller zombie. Costumes should be family-friendly during the 5:00 to 7:00 PM celebration.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY CELEBRATION
5:00 PM: Doors Open and Registration Check-In
Pick up event information, enjoy music, and explore the celebration. Food trucks and Koger Center concessions will be available.
5:15 PM: Official 25th Anniversary Welcome
Join us as we recognize the official anniversary of The Auntie Karen Foundation and celebrate 25 years of empowering, enlightening, and educating through the arts.
5:30 PM: Trick-or-Treat and Costume Stroll
Children and families can trick-or-treat while showing off their music-inspired costumes.
6:00 PM: Family Dance Party
Children, parents, grandparents, and friends are invited to dance together and enjoy music for all generations.
6:30 PM: Costume Spotlight
Guests dressed as musical artists, musical groups, characters from musicals or movies, and Thriller zombies will be invited to show off their creativity.
6:50 PM: Family Celebration Closing
Final announcements and recognition before the family-friendly portion concludes.
ADULT CELEBRATION DOWNSTAIRS
7:00 PM: Adult Celebration Begins
Adult guests are invited downstairs for music, dancing, costumes, and continued anniversary festivities.
7:15 PM: Adult Dance Party
Enjoy a lively mix of music and celebrate 25 years of The Auntie Karen Foundation.
8:00 PM: 25th Anniversary Recognition
A special moment honoring the Foundation’s history, impact, supporters, and legacy.
8:15 PM: Adult Costume Showcase
Show off your favorite musical artist, musical group, musical or movie character, or Thriller zombie costume.
8:30 PM: Anniversary Dance Celebration
Continue dancing, connecting, and celebrating the Foundation’s milestone anniversary.
9:15 PM: Final Dance and Closing Celebration
9:30 PM: Event Ends
Food trucks and Koger Center concessions will be available during the celebration. Registration is required. Admission is free, and donations are appreciated. Schedule is subject to change.
