🎭 AUDITIONS: EVERY BRILLIANT THING 💛What makes life worth living? Sometimes, it starts with one small, brilliant thing.
World Stage Theatre Company is seeking a dynamic, engaging performer for Every Brilliant Thing—a funny, heartfelt, and deeply moving play about mental health, depression, hope, and the extraordinary power of life’s little joys.
✨ About the Role: This is a unique performance opportunity for an actor (gender unimportant) who is comfortable connecting directly with an audience, thinking on their feet, and balancing comedy with emotional vulnerability. The production relies on strong storytelling, audience interaction, spontaneity, and the ability to move seamlessly between humor and heartfelt moments.
🎬 Audition Preparation:
Prepare one comedic monologue and one dramatic monologue.
Each monologue must be no longer than 2 minutes.
Improv experience is a plus! Be ready to think creatively, respond in the moment, and embrace spontaneity.
We’re looking for a performer with strong instincts, a generous spirit, and a willingness to take creative risks.
📍 Auditions: World Stage Theatre Studio – 1130 S. Harvard Ave.
📅 Date and time: November 4th at 6:30pm – Invited Call-backs Nov. 5th, if necessary
Come help us tell a story that reminds us all that even in our darkest moments, there is still something brilliant worth living for. 💛
