In partnership with the City of Tulsa, this summit gives participants hands-on experience with the Equality Indicators report to make data-informed decisions for organizational policies, strategies, and community collaborations to build toward a thriving Tulsa for all.
Since its launch in 2018, the has served as a vital tool for measuring progress toward a more equitable city— tracking disparities across areas like education, housing, justice, health, and economic opportunity. Each year, the report shines a light on where Tulsa is making strides and where persistent gaps remain.
The Equality Indicators Summit builds on that foundation, offering a hands-on opportunity to turn data into action. At this summit, you will:

- Join small-group labs to analyze a selected indicator and co-create practical, community-driven strategies
