About this Event

We’re excited to continue our monthly Strength & Conditioning Sessions in collaboration with @arcathleticsclub in 2026. Next session will take place on the 8th February at 9 am. A series of S&C training mornings, designed specifically for race readiness 💪🏋️‍♀️

The following sessions will take place on 8th March, 12th April and 10th May.

Led by Matt Rodwell, these sessions will focus on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing performance.

Sessions are open to women, trans and non-binary people.
