We’ll be cupping lightly roasted coffees to highlight terroir-driven flavor clarity, acidity structure, and varietal expression.
Featured origins and typical profiles include:
- Ethiopia – intensely aromatic with floral notes, citrus-driven acidity, and complex fruit layers
- Kenya – vibrant and structured, marked by pronounced phosphoric acidity, blackcurrant, tomato, and juicy sweetness
- Rwanda – clean and elegant, with bright malic acidity, red fruit, and refined sweetness
- Burundi – expressive yet balanced, offering stone fruit, caramelized sugars, and a rounded mouthfeel
- Uganda – evolving specialty profiles with cocoa, dried fruit, subtle spice, and increasing cup clarity
And of course we'll taste our new coffees as well during the session and you'll have a chance to buy our coffees with 10% off.
