About this Event
Athena Bristol Cappuccino Connections are informal, in-person networking meet-ups for women in business who value thoughtful conversation, genuine connection & a welcoming environment.
These quarterly gatherings (February, June, September & November) are designed as a relaxed two-hour pause in the working week. A chance to step away from the noise, connect with other women building businesses across Bristol & the surrounding areas & enjoy conversations that flow naturally over refreshments in a comfortable setting.
Our Cappuccino Connections at Chequers Inn, Hanham Mills are hosted in a venue with a strong sense of place! Set beside the River Avon, Chequers Inn is a historic riverside pub with roots dating back to the 17th century, long known as a gathering point for the local community. Its character, warmth & relaxed atmosphere make it a lovely backdrop for meaningful connection.
Each event brings together a small group of women for fresh thinking, shared perspectives & relationship-building that feels human, energising & purposeful. Many women choose to stay on for lunch afterwards (not included in your ticket, but a lovely way to extend the conversation), extending conversations & enjoying the venue at their own pace.
Athena Bristol is part of the wider Athena Network, & these Cappuccino Connections offer a chance to experience the local community face-to-face, alongside our regular online meetings.
