Note - ALL Naughty Horse events operate a student friendly policy not student only policy. You do not have to be a student to attend this event. We appreciate freshers can be a very overwhelming time so partners, friends from back home or other unis are also welcome.

Terms and Conditions:
The Naughty Horse Season Ticket is only refundable if you do not get into Birmingham City or Aston University. You must show us evidence you did not get a place at university to be eligible for the refund.Only season tickets sold prior to A-level results day 2026 are refundable. Your refund request must be sent within 3 days of receiving your results with the above-mentioned evidence.Season Ticket event lineup, themes, event dates and venues are all subject to change. Note - not valid for Barbara's Saturdays (as Naughty Horse is just a ticket outlet for the venue) or events on actual HALLOWEEN Saturday 31st October or other gala events such as SPORTY HORSE. Certain events may have other terms and conditions specified later such as free entry only being valid before a certain time. Season Ticket T and Cs and line up is subject to change with no prior notice required.This event is run by Naughty Horse Promotions and not by BCUSU or Aston SU however, as was the case with previous years, some events may later feature as official events as well.Once you have bought your season ticket please check your emails after a few days for instructions on how receive your digital copy of your season ticket to use going forward.
T&Cs of our refund policy are as follows:
1. You must have purchased your ticket before Wednesday 12th August 2026 to be eligible for a refund
2. To apply for a refund, you must send us UCAS evidence that you did not get into the University of Birmingham along with one form of photographic ID
3. You must email [email protected] before 16/08/26 with the subject line "Season Ticket Refund"
4. It can take up to 14 working days from receipt of your email for us to process your freshers week wristband refund
