ASPIRE SUMMIT 2026 - Create. Connect. Cultivate.Aspire is a summit-style business and leadership event for people who want to think differently, grow intentionally, and connect with the ideas, resources, and people that can help move a career, business, organization, or community forward.
Whether you’re building a business, leading a team, developing an idea, growing your career, navigating change, or simply looking for a fresh perspective, Aspire creates space to step outside the day-to-day, explore new ways of thinking, and consider what could be possible.
Created by In Good Company Collective in partnership with Millikin University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, Aspire brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, community leaders, creatives, students, mentors, and people with different experiences and perspectives from across Central Illinois.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore what it means to create, connect, and cultivate through conversations and workshops around creativity, AI, branding, leadership, financial empowerment, navigating change, capacity, and the relationships and resources that help us move forward.
But Aspire is more than a series of workshops.
Creativity is woven throughout the day—not simply as something artistic, but as a way of thinking. We’ll explore how creativity shows up in the way we solve problems, lead, navigate change, develop ideas, make decisions, and imagine what could come next.
From our opening creative experience led by Grace Snively with Domas Studios to workshops led by experts, Aspire Mentors, professional headshots, community resources, lunch, and the conversations that happen in between, the day is intentionally layered with different ways to learn, participate, and connect.
There’s no single way you’re supposed to experience Aspire.
Follow what feels useful. Choose the workshop or conversation you need. Ask the question you’ve been sitting on. Meet someone outside your usual circle. Try something different. Take a new idea back to your work.
The goal is simple: leave inspired, better connected, and with something you can actually use.
