Tom Dennison is a real estate appraiser and the owner of Dennison Appraisal Services, with over 20 years of valuation experience in the local market. A Hendersonville native, Tom is a proud Hendersonville High Bearcat and UNCA alum. Today, he and his son, Luke, put their deep local roots and market knowledge to work in lending appraisals, private appraisals, and measurements for listings. Off the clock, you'll find him behind the grill or poolside with his family.
