The Chair welcomes members. The Secretary confirms quorum and leads the approval of the agenda and previous AGM minutes.
7:10 PM | Annual Chapter Report — Chair & Vice Chair
A joint review of the year’s achievements, events, partnerships, and community contributions.
7:25 PM | Financial Report — Treasurer
An overview of chapter income, expenses, and financial position, followed by financial questions from members.
7:35 PM | Committee Updates & Plans — Vice Chair and Committee Leads
Updates from the Event Committee, Education Committee, Women in Security, NextGen, and Career Committee, including priorities for the coming year.
7:50 PM | Member Questions — Chair & Vice Chair
Member questions and discussion, with the Secretary recording key decisions and follow-up actions. Final reminder to vote.
8:00 PM | Voting Closes
Designated election officials verify and count ballots while food, drinks, and networking continue.
Approximately 8:30 PM | Election Results & Recognition
The election lead announces the results, and the Secretary records them in the official minutes. The Chair and Vice Chair thank outgoing officers, volunteers, and sponsors before formally closing the AGM.
