Join Miyuki for an invigorating, quarterly Ashtanga Yoga workshop series at Green Yogi!
This workshop series focuses on the philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga and provides detailed guidance on each asana in the Half Primary Series. By cultivating right knowledge, focused attention, and proper alignment, you can deepen your Ashtanga Yoga practice.
These workshops are suitable for everyone — from beginners to regular practitioners. You’re welcome to join just one or attend the entire series.
Workshop Schedule
Sunday, October 18: Come learn the second half of the Primary Series and get ready for our Full Primary Workshop on November 8!
All levels are welcome! There are some challenging poses, but I’ll introduce a variety of modifications so everyone can practice at their own level.
Please have a light breakfast about 2 hours before the practice, and you’ll have plenty of time to nourish yourself afterward. 😊
Wear clothes you can move in, and bring a journal for notes and reflections. See you there!

Workshop registrations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the event. After that they are non-refundable.
About Miyuki
Miyuki has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over a decade. Her consistent daily practice has shaped her into a strong, confident, positive, hardworking, and peaceful person. She began assisting in the Mysore room under Timothy Lynch in 2017. Miyuki completed her 500-hour teacher training with certified Ashtanga teachers Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann in 2020.
