About this Event
This class is designed for those new to Ashtanga, as well as anyone with some yoga experience who wants to deepen their understanding of the practice.
We’ll move through key elements of the Ashtanga Primary Series, linking breath with movement in a steady, guided flow. Expect a balance of breaking things down and building heat, working through Sun Salutations, standing and selected seated postures with attention to alignment and control.
You should feel comfortable in a general yoga class, as we’ll keep a consistent rhythm throughout. Options and modifications will always be offered, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
The intention is to create a supportive space where you can challenge yourself, try new things, and build strength and awareness, without pressure or perfection.
