ASC Fast (Outdoor Group Personal Training)

ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, explosiveness, endurance, and athleticism.

These workouts include sprints and plyometrics to increase speed and explosiveness, running intervals to boost endurance, and functional movements to improve core strength, agility, and athleticism.

Pricing and Discounts: ASC Fast costs $40 for one session. Or, to save over 50% per session with an ASC membership.

Other Details:

• This workout is for ages 18+.
• The workout location is metro-accessible and parking is also available.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• Please arrive early. We do not want to turn you away for arriving late.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
