Columbia’s Most Colorful Tradition Returns: 7th ArtLinc Chalk Arts Festival Will Take Place on November 14th�At the Vista Greenway TrailArtLinc is officially returning for its 7th Chalk Arts Festival on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The beloved community event invites artists, art lovers, educators, students, and families out for a day of hands-on creativity as Columbia transforms into a vibrant, open-air gallery.
The festival offers free admission and provides participants of all skill levels the opportunity to create their own concrete masterpieces. Grounds will be sectioned into individual squares, giving every artist—seasoned pros and first-time doodlers alike—a dedicated canvas to showcase their talent and imagination.
This year Artlinc will be held at the Vista Greenway Trail Entrance (under the Elmwood Street overpass). The nearly one mile former rail-trail corridor is a link for pedestrians and cyclists between residential neighborhoods; Finlay Park, one of the city's most popular recreational amenities; and the Vista, the city's shopping and entertainment district.

Interactive Chalking: Dedicated squares for artists, patrons, and kids to create custom chalk artwork.
