Meet our November Artist of the Month: Caroline Darbro!Caroline is an artist and the rainforest keeper at the Topeka Zoo. Every day she cares for the birds that first inspired her art. She grew up on a goat farm in north Texas filling jars with seeds, shells, feathers and fossils, and that love of collecting still shows up in her work today. From charcoal portraits to bold, colorful acrylics, her pieces are full of curiosity and life.
Join us for her First Friday opening reception and meet Caroline in person!
Caroline’s work is on display through November 28. While you’re here, shop Wrap Up Originality, our holiday show of handmade gifts by local artists.
