Some open houses are just open houses. This one comes with a gallery. On Sunday, October 25, from 1 to 4pm, I’m opening the doors at 1480 Via Norte in Picacho Hills and filling the walls with original work by two wonderful local artists, Linda Hagen and Arlene J. Tugel. You’ll even notice the home itself got the watercolor treatment for the occasion.
Come for the art, stay for the sunroom. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has 1,932 square feet, a wine fridge, and the kind of desert landscaping that already looks like a painting. Offered at $379,000.
No pressure and no sales pitch, just a relaxed Sunday afternoon with good art and good company. I’d love to see you there. Know someone who loves local art? Tag them below.
